Shipping Policy

MOEJOE ship nationwide and worldwide.

Shipping to Jakarta will take about 1-3 working days for regular service and 1 day for express service. 

Currently we ship to all JABODETABEK for FREE

Out of Jakarta will take about 1-4 working days depends on the destination and 1 day for express service.

For International shipping, it will take about 7-20 working days depending on the country.

During public holiday some delay on shipping might occur.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed on working days only ( Monday - Saturday ).

And all goods will be delivered on the day when payment is confirmed and received.
Below is our daily shipping schedule :
- Monday to Friday , all payment confirmation must be made and received latest by  04:30pm 
- Saturday , all payment confirmation must be made and received latest by 01:30pm
Order will be process for shipping on the same day of purchase , while payment confirmation and received after the scheduled time will be proceed on the next working day.

No order will be  processed on Sunday and Public Holiday.

Order confirmation made on Sunday and public holiday will be processed on the next working days.

Customers will received email notification once orders have been sent.

SHIPPING METHODS

1. Domestic
    We ship our package using JNE Shipping Company (www.jne.co.id) and TIKI Shipping Company (www.tiki.id).

There are two options delivery to choose: Regular Service (REG) and Express Service (YES). 

For FREE Shipping JABODETABEK, we only use the Regular Service

2. International
    We work  with EMS POS INDONESIA (ems.posindonesia.co.id).

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Our rates are based on JNE , TIKI and EMS official websites. 

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
For goods receiving time, delay on delivery, etc is fully responsible by JNE, TIKI and EMS Shipping Company as our designated courier partner.

For wrong address, incomplete address, misspelled address, no recipient at the address is fully responsible by customer him/herself, but we will be ready to help and assist you regarding to this issues.

DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS  
If you have others delivery addresses beside your registered address, you may add additional delivery address after checkout. You can also add in on adddress book at your account.

Pick Up Service

You can also arrange pick up at our store. 

The pick up is only available if the items requested is available at the designated store.

Please check our store for the Location. 

We do not accept pick up for Central and Metro Stores.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return is not allowed. We check our products prior shipping it to our customers to make sure our customers received the best quality and experience. If you have complaints regarding our product you can address it to: moejoeapparel@gmail.com Subject: COMPLAINTS

We however allow exchange if you change your mind or in case you bought the wrong size or item. 

Exchange is allowed for one week after the purchase is made. We do not accept exchange without receipt and please make sure the product label is still in tack.
